How to Install and Run .APK Apps on Android Emulator/SDK

In my post about Running Android on PC, i have explained there about installing and running the Android OS on PC. Here i present you the details about the installation of .apk files on Android SDK/Emulator. Read carefully the below steps.

Before trying this see how to install android sdk on pc.Here Iam showing the installation of eBuddy.apk using Android 2.2 os, This method works well with all version of android.

1. Start the Android Emulator first and wait till the android os gets booted and till you see the home screen.
2. Minimize the Emulator and Copy the .apk file which is needed to be installed on Emulator/SDK to the C:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk\tools 

3. Press the Shift key and right-click, and then select Open Command Window Here.
4. Enter the Following Commands in the command prompt.

adb install app_name.apk


5. Change the app_name.apk to the name of the app which you are installing.

6. Wait for 5-10 second till the app gets installed.
7. To run the app open the app from android menu.

Steps to Follow

1. Download DENvpn.zip from below link.
2. Register a free Trial here http://www.denvpn.com/free_trial.php .
3. You will get your username and password to your mailbox.
4. Now Extract the downloaded Files Using the Zip password as hackers333
5. Open the "Data" folder and then open "Config" folder and open the pass.txt with notepad and enter your username and password as shown in below image.

6. Now start the OpenVPNPortable.exe as the Administrator.
7. Click yes if it ask you to install the TAP drivers.

8. It will open and will be minimized to the system tray, Right click on it and click Connect (refer image).
9. Wait for 2-3 minutes it will get automatically connected (see image below).

10. After a successful connection you will get message that "DENvpn is now connected".

11. Now start Downloading, Browsing without any other settings, you can also update your antivirus.
