As we all know that Windows 7 and Vista doesn't support the installation of themes created by third parties. Here, we are going to guide you how to install 3rd Party themes in Vista and Windows 7. Follow the Procedure Carefully

1. Click here to download latest version of Universal Theme Patcher, afterthat you have to extract the files.

2. There will be two files for a 32-bit and one 64-bit. Based on the version of your operating system, run as administrator (right click and click on run as administrator). The application will display how many files will be modified for your operating system.
