1) First Download Ultrasurf from here
2) connect your mobile to pc via rcommms APN (use mms APN for some states)

3) Extract the downloaded Files and Open u1017.exe file
4) It will connect automatically as you open it, wait till you get Status as "Successfully connected to server!"
5) To use in Firefox,opera,chrome and even in IDM and other browsers and download managers just put
Ip-127.0.0.1
port-9666
With this trick browsing is very fast but downloading speed varies between 50kbps to 500kbs in 3G and 10-20 kbps in 2G

Im getting 35kbps speed in 2g with hotspot shield, Ultrasurf gives me 20-25kbps speed.
note that the speed changes from place to place, so try all tricks and use whichever is fast for u..
